Please take note of our cancellation policy: 1. **No Refunds**: Once the booking is made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. 2. **Cancellation or Rescheduling Communication**: If for any reason you cannot attend your scheduled appointment, you must notify us at least 2 hours in advance. You can reach us by phone or through our website. 3. **Loss of Money for Cancellation**: If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will forfeit the total amount of your reservation. This is due to the commitment we make by reserving the space and our barber's time exclusively for you. 4. **Rescheduling due to Emergencies**: If you need to reschedule your appointment due to an unforeseen commitment, you must communicate this at least 2 hours before the scheduled time. In this case, you will be able to reschedule your appointment for another day within a 14-day period without losing the amount of your reservation. 5. **Additional Reservation Fee**: To reserve a spot, an additional $5 fee will be charged. This amount is considered as part of the payment for the service and ensures that your spot is secured.
